钢管的管径不同而选用不同的抛丸或喷丸处理设备,其中抛丸清理采用液压马达驱动，喷丸清理采用启动马达驱动。 我公司设计的有大管径的内壁抛丸机和直径400mm以上的大、中型钢管抛丸机等。该设备采用自动抛丸去除表面锈蚀，利用高效抛丸器抛出的高速弹丸流束击碎钢管内表面上的氧化皮、锈层及其杂物，使之获得精细的光亮表面，提高工件的抗拉和抗压强度，为内表面涂漆保护增加附着力，达到防腐、护管、延长钢管使用寿命之目的。清理后工件表面表面的光洁度和粗糙度符合有关的标准规定。大口径的钢管使用内壁抛丸机，钢管内壁抛丸处理线，主要包括
